<image:title>Home - LIVABLE</image:title>
<image:caption>Affordable Housing & Homelessness Fredericton's housing crisis has worsened even as we've added units year over year. To improve, we need genuine collaboration between all levels of government and the nonprofits doing the work on the ground. For nearly 20 years, I've served on the board of Liberty Lane, including 10 as president, expanding affordable housing and leading a building project from the ground up. I know this file and it is a priority for me. Safe Communities Visible crime, open drug use, and safety concerns in public spaces are serious problems in Ward 10. Council has taken real steps: the Community Safety Services Unit, investing in police, and a Task Force with concrete recommendations and reporting. But enforcement alone won't solve it. Without progress on homelessness, addictions, and mental health, we're managing symptoms. I'll push to build on what's been done — enforcement and root causes — so our public spaces are safe for everyone.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - GROWING</image:title>
<image:caption>Economic Growth & Resiliency Fiscal responsibility isn't just about holding the line on spending, it's about making sure our investments pay off. On Cycling Canada's board, I've chaired committees responsible for insurance and risk and am responsible for financial oversight and strategy. I've managed challenging budgets at grassroots nonprofits and worked in international risk policy for a major bank. I'll bring that discipline to Council. Thoughtful Development Fredericton is growing, and that means development. Good development starts with a good plan — one that is built on expertise and engagement, facilitates development while preserving our built heritage, and is clear enough that residents trust the process, developers know what to expect, and decisions don't feel arbitrary. It should be rare that the process falls short and the city needs to step in to help move things forward.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - WELCOMING</image:title>
<image:caption>Natural Spaces, Recreation & Active Transportation Most people in Ward 10 can probably picture me most easily on a bike or in a canoe. For twenty years, I've served in trail, sport, and environmental organizations, from community clubs to 8 years leading the provincial cycling organization to 4 terms on the elected board of Cycling Canada. Active transportation, natural spaces, and recreation aren't amenities. They're core to what makes Fredericton work. Engaged Governance Good governance isn't a separate issue — it's the foundation everything else depends on. On Cycling Canada's board, I've helped strengthen the organization's governance as it grew, developing policies for transparency and accountability, leading stakeholder engagement, and helping develop and implement a ten-year transformative strategic plan. There's room to strengthen those processes at City Hall, and that's work I know how to do.</image:caption>
