It’s Election Day - Go Vote!
Today is election day.
I want to start by saying thank you: to everyone who opened their door and talked with me, to the households with signs on your lawns, to the people who shared a post, made an introduction, hosted a coffee gathering, or yelled "good luck, Kelly Murray!" as they biked or drove by me in the neighbourhood. I've knocked on more than 1,300 doors over the past few months, and the conversations I've had have been the best part of this campaign.
Here's what I'd bring to council: 20 years of non-profit leadership, work on affordable housing, cycling advocacy, and environmental engagement. A commitment to collaboration, responsiveness, and transparency. More than 400 conversations about the future of Ward 10 (and detailed notes).
I love Fredericton — its downtown, its trails, its neighbourhoods, the way people show up for each other. That's why I've worked alongside the people and organizations that make it run, and why I'm putting up my hand to do more.
Go vote! The polling station is at Grace Memorial Baptist Church, 536 Northumberland
