Thank you, Ward 10.

I said it as election day began, and now that I've had time to catch my breath, I want to say it again. It's been a true pleasure to meet so many of you. Soon, the real work starts.

First, housekeeping: I believe I've collected all of my signs, but if you spot one I missed, please let me know.

The new Council won't be sworn in for a couple of weeks, and then there's orientation. I won’t be showing up empty-handed: I've got detailed notes from the campaign on what matters to you. Especially if I didn't catch you before the election, drop me a message or reach out for a conversation so I can bring your priorities to the new Council, too.

Finally, thanks to the kid who painted this rock and left it for someone to find. I was not having the most wonderful Saturday last week, and it brightened my day.
